We hear the phrase “organic products” a lot. Organic products are known as those that are free of chemical fertilizers and pesticides.
This idea began to be practiced with the production of lettuce and other vegetables. Over time it went to vegetables, fruits, coffee, wine and other products. Even organic foods that are processed should not have any kind of chemical additive.
Organic products have become a food category by law, but it is actually a misuse of this term, because any food, regardless of its production method, is made up of organic substances.
